BEAVA is the largest organised body of realtors on island, representing a legacy that spans over five decades. Our journey began in the early 1970s as the Barbados Valuers Association, starting with just ten visionary members. As the industry evolved, we expanded in the 1980s to include real estate agents, leading to our rebranding as BEAVA.
Formally incorporated as a non-profit company on January 25, 2006, we have grown into a powerhouse of approximately 190 dedicated professionals—a number that continues to rise as we lead the sector into a new era of transparency and growth.
